Adam Mallick, 94, of Middletown, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Frey Village Nursing Center, Middletown.
He was born on April 18, 1922 in Frackville, Pa. and was the son of the late Joseph and Veronica (Pinchot) Mallick.
He was a data processor for the federal government and an Army veteran having served during World War II. He was a member of Christ The Saviour Orthodox Church, Harrisburg and was a member of the men’s club at his church. He was an avid woodworker, reader and enjoyed gardening, golfing and playing cards.
In addition to his parents, Adam was preceded in death by his loving wife Anna “Dolly” (Lenehan) Mallick, two sisters, and four brothers.
He is survived by his son, Michael Mallick and wife Alice of Middletown; sister, Helen Heine of Frackville; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11 a.m., at Christ The Saviour Orthodox Church, 5501 Locust Ln., Harrisburg, PA 17109, with Father Stephen
Vernak officiating. Viewing will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the church.
The burial will take place in Middletown Cemetery.
