Theft 

Kassandra Straw, 19, of Middletown, was charged with theft by deception and access device fraud. 

The charges were filed with District Judge David Judy’s office on June 13.

Straw’s preliminary hearing was scheduled for 10 a.m. on July 12 in Judy’s office. 

Terroristic threats

Keith A. Smith, 31, of Lebanon, was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, harassment, and stalking. 

The charges were filed with District Judge David Judy’s office on June 13.

Smith is awaiting a preliminary hearing. 


Mario L. McWhite, 33, of Harrisburg, was charged with terroristic threats and harassment. 

The charges were filed with District Judge David Judy’s office on June 18.

McWhite is awaiting a preliminary hearing. 

Simple assault

Chad A. Forry, 23, of Middletown, was charged with simple assault and is in Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail. 

The charge was filed with District Judge David Judy’s office on June 16.

Forry’s preliminary hearing was scheduled for 9:15 p.m. on July 5 in Judy’s office. 

Drug charges

Audry Ritter, 58, of Middletown, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

The charges were filed with District Judge David Judy’s office on June 16.

Ritter’s preliminary hearing was scheduled for 8:45 a.m. on Aug. 2 in Judy’s office. 

Hindering apprehension 

Christina N. Anderson, 29, of Middletown was charged with hindering the apprehension or harboring a person who has a warrant or is a suspect of a crime. 

The charge was filed on June 19 and Anderson’s preliminary hearing was scheduled for 10 a.m. on Aug. 2.
