Police found the items, including 10 backpacks, 45 pairs of work gloves, and other miscellaneous items, on Sept. 11 during a consent search of the red truck tractor with tanker trailer in the Love’s parking lot.

Bail was set at $5,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 23.
