Rosemary Willard, 68, of Dauphin, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
She was born on May 16, 1949 in Halifax and was the loving daughter of the late Paul and Josephine (Faldetta) Frank.
She was a member of the Caring Community Church, Hummelstown.
Rosemary was a beautician and owned her own business for many years. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, cooking, baking and ministering to others with her love for Christ.
She loved her family and her church. She was a teacher at Grace Chapel Church for years where she started her quest in sign language. She loved to volunteer to face paint at church events. Through her love of the Lord and her learning sign language she met her husband of 28 years as well as many other friends. She worked for 20 years with the Bridges Ministries at different churches teaching sign language so that others could enjoy the teaching of the Lord. She helped many people through the years to learn and become certified in sign language.
Rosemary is survived by her husband Andrew Willard; two sons, Talmadge Frank, and James-Andrew E. Willard; grandsons, Owen and Joshua Frank; brother, Paul Frank Jr., his wife and daughters; sister, Carol A. Frank; niece, Julie A. Frank; and many nieces and nephews.
